NHS - our largest client
Around 70 NHS Trusts currently use Training Tracker to create, deliver and report on their e-learning.
Trusts benefit from being able to share and to customise modules.
A growing number of Trusts are now using Training Tracker in conjunction with the
NHS NLMS (National Learning Management System).
Please contact us if you would like to talk to an existing NHS Trust user, so that
they can explain the business benefits that they are enjoying.
Current uses include:
- Junior Doctors' induction
- Infection control
- Statutory and mandatory modules
- Training needs analysis
Meeting NHSLA targets
If you are working towards NHSLA accreditation, Training Compliance Manager provides a clear, structured procedure for creating an audit trail to demonstrate that each of your clinicians knows the correct way to use the devices required in their work.
Doctors can register their competence in one of three ways depending on the level of risk associated with the device. They can either self-certify their understanding, take an e-learning course and pass an online test or attend a training session. User manuals are made available to clinicians through the system.
For further information about Training Compliance Manager, contact us or visit the Training Compliance Manager website.
NLMS compatibility
The Training Tracker SCORM Publisher enables users to save
modules written using the Training Tracker authoring system
in SCORM 1.2 format. These modules can then be added to the
Trust's NLMS course catalogue. Trainees results are then logged
directly into ESR.
