Once training begins, the system administrator can monitor the trainees' progress.

Training Tracker shows at a glance:

• who has taken each module
• who has not taken each module
• who has passed and who has failed
• precisely which questions each trainee got right and wrong

Users see only their own records while administrators see an overview of all users' results.

Quality Assurance

As well as checking how trainees are performing, Training Tracker also flags up whether any of the test questions are posing particular problems.

If trainees are struggling to get a question right, this may indicate that the material it is testing is not presented clearly or fully enough or the question is poorly worded.

Usage report

For those who want to monitor the value they are getting from the system, Training Tracker generates a monthly report showing how many people have logged on, how many times the system has been accessed and how many modules have been successfully completed.
