Train users

Once you have developed your training modules and set up your database of users, Training Tracker sends each user an email with their login.

Each module introduces the key information on the topic and then tests the trainee to ensure that they have assimilated the material.

Tests

Each test consists of a number of questions, which can either be asked in order or randomly selected from a database.

Random selection provides sufficient variety to prevent trainees telling each other the answers and to ensure that trainees who are required to take the test more than once do not receive the same questions.

Trainees receive immediate feedback on their answers as they take the test.

They can also look at their training record at any time and you can choose to award personalised certificates to those who reach your stated passmark.
