NHS Trusts use Training Tracker to create, deliver and report on their elearning and benefit from being able to share and customise modules.

Many trusts use Training Tracker in conjunction with the NHS NLMS (National Learning Management System).

Training needs analysis

Integration with ESR for Core Skills Training Framework (CSTF)

In a joint project with NHS England and NHS Improvement, Training Tracker will soon integrate with ESR for CSTF subjects, which will reduce the administration around staff movements and avoid the need to repeat mandatory training.

NLMS compatibility

The optional Training Tracker SCORM Publisher enables users to host modules written using the Training Tracker authoring system in SCORM 1.2 format. These modules can then be added to the Trust's NLMS course catalogue. Trainees results are then logged directly into ESR.
