Track any training
Track all forms of training, such as professional qualifications,
classroom-based, oral assessments, or third-party elearning, and upload
certificates for these.
This means that you can include a wide range of training sources in your
reporting and use Training Tracker External to track compliance and
manage expiries.
Reporting
Administrators can run a range of reports on training; ideal for presenting
compliance data, e.g., to management, or for audits and inspections, such as
ISO or CQC.
Assign training to categories to check compliance across types of training,
e.g., health and safety, statutory and mandatory.
Customise user information to filter reports on details such as job role,
department or location.
Evidence
Certificates or other supporting documention can be uploaded to training
records for easy reference and auditing.
Multiple records can be added for each users' training, e.g., for annual
training, so continuous and documented records are always available.
Expiry tracking
Assign an expiry period to training and this is immediately tracked in
training records and reports.
Easily plan ahead by checking what training is due to expire.
Automatic expiry emails can remind users to update their training or tell
them what to do next.
Self-service
An optional feature that saves time and reduces administration by allowing
users to update their own training records and upload required evidence.
Permissions can be set for adding, editing and deleting training records, as
well as requiring admin approval for any changes.
Security
No chances are taken with the security of your data, which is on our own
servers in an ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 accredited Tier 4 UK data centre.
HTTPS and TLS encryption are used to protect your data.
Two-factor authentication (2FA) and single sign-on (SSO) are available to
help secure and manage your logins.
